The Hungarian owned Corax-Bioner Környezetvédelmi Zrt. (Corax-Bioner Environmental Co., hereinafter: Corax-Bioner) was set up in August 2004 by merging the Corax Kft and the Alfa-Bioner Kft. with a capital of HUF 320,25 million. Majority ownership is owned by Pólus Plusz Befektetési Részvénytársaság (Bonus Plus Investment Shareholding Co.).
